BRIDGES

BRIDGES bridges circus and dance and explores unexplored territory between the disciplines. A place where body language does not obey rules and movements dance outside the box. On this exciting cutting edge you will discover extroverted experiments, spectacular choreography and graceful acrobatics. BRIDGES is a celebration of innovation, expression and the endless vocabulary of the body.

The curator of this performance is Hygin Delimat. He enjoys collaborating with artists from various disciplines, ranging from contemporary composition to visual arts and new media. In his movement research, he weaves somatic methods together with urban dance, creating his own boundary-pushing movement language. During BRIDGES, students and graduates of Fontys Academy of the Arts and Codarts Circus Arts present their own work.
