Circolo has an important role when it comes to helping new creators make professional strides. Circolo’s help manifests itself in several ways. For a start, Circolo offers artistic coaching, with Circolo staff following the creative process very closely and, if necessary, enlisting guidance from experienced creators from different disciplines, according to the demand and the performance. Circolo then offers business assistance when it comes to preparing project plans and budgets, expertise in marketing or consultancy, and help in forming its own company.

Circolo is happy to make its own network available to budding creators and help with pitches or access to projects such as Great Catch and CircusNext. Naturally, Circolo offers play spaces at the festival and introduces new creators to fellow festivals or other projects. Circolo is active in all parts of the pyramid of talent development, from the first steps prior to circus training to professional circus performers.
